A development area linked to endurance sports and active outdoor tourism has been identified to strengthen and expand existing industries. The potential also lies in the "outdoor" segment's strong sustainability profile and the opportunity to further develop summer tourism.

Torsby Utveckling AB (TUAB) is the joint business development company of the local business community and Torsby Municipality, offering advice, services, and information to both new and existing businesses. Through frequent visits to local companies, TUAB fosters close dialogue about operations, challenges, opportunities, and future plans. The company also organizes meetings and courses for entrepreneurs.
